It focuses on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and deliver microfinance products and services.
This module introduces the trainees to the historic background of the microfinance sector at both
international and national levels. It will also help trainees to master the nature of microfinance activities plus
the laws and regulations of the Microfinance sector in Rwanda.
This module aims to familiarize apprentices with the topics of loan management and delinquency management.
The need for governance exists anytime a group of people come together to
accomplish an end. MFIs, Cooperatives and SMEs are one of those groups.
The present module of Effective governance herein articulates the key concepts of governance particularly its importance, principles and pillars. Also, in compliance with Law in Rwanda, this module highlights the roles , functions and responsibilities of organs and its specific issues of governance especially the roles of accountability and decision - making process.
